I know I haven’t posted something in the past few days and I can honestly say a lot of it had to do with my job. Last week was a crappy week for work and with the constantly changing temps. Work got so bad that a couple days ago I actually had to have a couple drinks just to relax and de-stress. That being said I stuck with my diet pretty good for most of the week and worked out about half. My goal this week is to restart Phase 1 from the beginning starting tomorrow. The past week and a half I have learned a lot of ideas and tricks when it comes to making sure I eat all of my meals filled with all of the “good” foods and also when it comes to the workouts.
